*Walks in grumbling something about dancing halfllings being every where.  As he opens the door the sound of laughter hits him and he instantly begins to smile.*

*He casualy makes his way to the main hall and takes a seat not far from the fireplace, but with his back too it.  He lays out a platter of food he just picked up from the Phoenix, mostly turkey legs and pork joints.  He then gets up, leaving ample time for the young one to grab some food as he gets a drink.*

"Not hungry eh"  Stoneaxemead says in the soft and loving voice he used the night before.  "Well, I got some for yeh, if yeh'd like.  And here is another glass of wine.

Stoneaxemead leans in to eat and almost gets his beard in the food.  "Ooh, that would have been bad eh?  Ha ha.  I usually get food in mah beard, not my beard in mah food."

She is dark and dirty with soot that is now all ove the table.  She moves closer to the dwarf, her eyes beads of amber on her sooty face.

"I want to see the whole.... *tries to find the right word* castle!" She spreads her arms out wide, "Will you show me?"

Her smile is all little white teeht through a black vale of soot.

The child-like drow wanders over and pulls on the little dwarf's beard, leaving black soot behind from her dirty fingers.  It makes her giggle.  She crawls off the table.  She is shoeless and little black footprints make a clear path into the kitchen. 

"What's this then?" Asks the husky voice of a horsed-faced kitchen wench in the middle years of her life.  Her hands are rough and white with flour as she is baking fresh bread for the day. 

Xoltanda stares up at her curiously and thinks about grabbing the bonnet off her head, because she would like to try it on.  She stands and stares at the woman instead, "Hi." She smiles, her teeth are little white stones next to the black canvas of her dirty face. 

The woman sighs and puts her rolling pin down.  "Where is your mum child?"

Xoltanda shrugs fast, "Shta ash vath tha pathalar," ((Quori translation: She is with the general.))  The girl thinks no more about this but instead becomes very interested in the food in the kitchen. 

"Oh no ya don't!" The kitchen wench grabs the drow girl by the wrist and leads her to the washroom.  She draws the girl a bath and puts plenty of bubbles in it.  "You come back down clean, and I'll see ye get a stack o' cakes that high." She indicates a high stack of pancakes with her hands. 

The woman nods after the girl shows real understanding of the bargain that is being asked for.  "I'll set fresh clothes out fer ye lass." She nods and leaves the girl to her bath muttering all the while about how a girl ought to have descent parents to look after her....

Sho strolls into the kitchen with his shiny paladin armor on, and was humming with a smile on his face. He looked at the kitchen wench.

"Have you seen Xoltanda? She's a drow lass yey high." Sho said holding his hand to the height of Xoltanda.
