Mith'arda is back!

And it's got a new cast of characters!  We welcome Jose, Shawn and Jay to the table.  Hopefully Jay will be able to make it after having to bow out of the first two sessions due to a totalled truck and a 1+ hr drive that's hard to get a "lift" for.  We understand, mostly.

Well it'll be the 3rd generation for Joel but everyone else is new to the game.  It's starting off at 5th level like a 3rd generation would, but otherwise will be aproximately 20 years after the second generation, give or take 15.  The characters have no idea actually, so I don't have to provide an actual timeline until it becomes an actual problem.

As far as the main era of light plotline, who knows.  We'll encounter it sometime I'm sure.  Possibly within the first 10 minutes of the next session.

What about Star Wars?

Sadly it's on hold.  Yeah, I had a good time with it and had a lot of fun getting back into the setting that got me into role playing to begin with, but it seems that D&D is just more universal and 3.5 is still the most widely known of the D&D system.  So it's on hold with know clear future of being resurrected...yet.

There is a new page for Star Wars: Saga Edition game.  We'll be utilizing the forums for most things, such as news and missiong statements.

The Game Discussion forum will cover anything about the game from requests to comments to suggestions.  We'll be using the In-Game discussions for things between characters, such as asking a fellow member a question or bringing something up that your character wants talked about.

The News Posts will be mainly for me to give out news about Star Wars.  I'm looking into moving this to a Joomla site so that I can better manage it.  I can create individual pages that way instead of sharing a forum and news and calendar with all the games.  I'm thinking of adding it to my site already but I'm not really looking forward to paying the 200 a year for the combined sites.  I'm already on 120 as it is keeping up some of this stuff that we are hardly using.  So let's get to using this more eh?

Era 1, generation 2.
Here's the lineup!

Whit is playing Galdwin, his 1st gen's younger brother and twin to:
Mary is playing Rosaline, twin to Galdwin and younger sister of Zel.
Tom is playing Aaron Eonis, son of his 1st Gen, Amon, and Ellyela (npc).
Joel is playing . . . unnamed, daughter of his 1st gen's mentor, Archmage Termerus.

Galdwin is a drui/sorc going for the multi-mage role.
Rosaline will be dual-wielding and going for bust on number of attacks.
Aaron is a monk/ranger, still a monk as far as Tom is concerned and WILL still focus on grappling, but he's Vow of Poverty too.
Joel is going Hexblade thus far and hasn't revealed anything else.

The NPC of the group is the Lady Ohirra Hal'enya who is a high level sorceress that seems to be entirely focused on divination spells.  Her only means of actual offense is a wand of lightning bolts and a few magic missiles.  She also has a few enchantments.

So Tom is playing the same character again!  Joel is . . . more or less role playing just about the same!  Whit and Mary have switched sides.  She's now the ruckus, the problem child that causes messes for the other one.  Problem is that Galdwin can't be like Eneyla and just leave.

Also, thus far it seems that Whit's place is the place to meet.  It's sorta central to everyone, plus they have all the pets that need taking care of and seem not to mind hosting thus far.  Plus I can keep my stuff all in one place just abouts without having to tote it around ^^.
