This site hasn't seen a ton of activity during its run, and I'm letting the subscription run out. It'll still be here, but ads will begin to show up soon. I have a bunch of email addresses from the alliance (and a few outsiders), but I'd like to get more from people in the game who intend to move to Galaxies. ... But you're older; shorter of breath, and one step closer to death. Ah, a year tomarrow (11-1-02), will be the one year mark. Yes, It's been one year since I first picked my copy of DAoC up. One year is a long time; the longest I've ever stuck with something... With the loss of two long time members- and more importantly, two long time friends, I feel the final nail has been driven into the coffen which holds my interest in this game... I will be playing until sunday (11-3-02), in attempt to give away any spare armor or gold I may hold. - Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I'm done. I'll be taking a nice, long break from these games before Star Wars: Galaxies is launched. Jeb and I have decided to call it quits. The game itself offers very little for us, and our friends are the only thing that have have kept us here. It's been fun, from the forming of the Brothers of Tyranny back in January to dying repeatedly to the mids yesterday. Chances are good that many of us will move on to Star Wars Galaxies, and I hope to see a lot of you there. These forums can be used to decide which server we are going to play on, and the plan is to form a guild immediately using all of our alliance members who are switching over.
