Welcome to Total Lunacy's website. A bit of information about us for you. We are a progressive raiding guild on the Gnomeregan Server. Our aim is for overall content progression with an eye to being competitive on realm rankings. We raid Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm server to 8pm server. Although we run a fairly limited raid schedule we enjoy a high level of success for the time we spend raiding. We accomplish this due to focus and to consistency in approach and attitude of our raiders. A few pertinent details the raider would want to know: Loot: We run an officer's Loot Council - Loot is distributed based on several factors such as Attendance, previous loot awards but most importantly what is in the best interest of the RAID for progression. We try to avoid loot drama by all raiders understanding that we succeed as a 25 man team not as individuals. We raid every week - over time every raider will get there gear - but we succeed together not apart. Part of our overall success has been using this philosophy and it has proven effective to date. Attendance: Our expectation is that raiders do raid. We are all adults and we have real life commitments that for everyone will mean there are nights people cannot raid. However, consistent non-attendance will have an impact on any raiders access to raiding content. Consistency in our group means success as a guild. Non-negotiable: We are a raiding guild. Every raider is expected to know there toon and the fights. There are numerous resources for information on Boss Strats, best specs - we expect you do your research on these things. We are a raiding guild - every raider will be fully enchanted and gemmed and glyphed at all times to insure best output of your toon. Not being enchanted is not an excuse - you are a raider we expect you to know better – and we check so do not assume you can slip by – that will not happen. We are a raiding guild - everyone will have the necessary add-ons. These include: Deadly Boss Mobs and/or BigWigs, BuffEnough, Omen and Ventrilo and Group Calendar - we use Group Calendar exclusively and since we confirm raids up to a week in advance everyone must sign up as attending or not attending so we can insure we have 25 man attendance everytime we raid. Not being signed is not an excuse. Respect: We are a raiding guild - respect your fellow raiders. Expectations are every raider comes to raid with enough consumables to last them for the entire run. When we are doing new content this means you have enough consumables for multiple wipes as we learn the new encounter. Since we confirm raids in advance there is no excuse to not be ready and at the Raid Instance 15 minutes prior to raid time. Respect your fellow raiders: come prepared and be ready to raid when raid starts.
Drama:
We are not fans – Comedy we love – Drama is best for TV and Movies don’t bring it to raid and don’t bring it in Guild.
