This website was intended to cooordinate events and have a common
gathering place for all Praesidium allied supergroups of Paragon City
(on the Protector server of the City of Heroes MMORPG).

Applications are no longer accepted.

ACTIVE PRAESIDIUM SUPERGOUPS

 
These are the currently known active supergroups of the Praesidium coalition.


RESERVE PRAESIDIUM SUPERGOUPS


These are member supergroups which are either pronounced inactive by SG leadership. have an undetermined status, or whose representative Senators have been inactive for over 4 weeks.

Praesidium SGs, if you have a GuildPortal website please consider creating an alliance with this site as well (use the Alliance link in the GuildPortal Control Panel).
Senators' Duties

Expectations of Duty for Praesidium Senators 

Mandatory:

  • Registering on the GuildPortal website. This is mandatory for all Senators. No website participation in 30 days will warrant a notice. Inactivity if 45 days or more will imply a loss of Senator status which could potentially place your SG on the Reserve list and see SG voting rights revoked until the  situation is resolved.
  • Posting a list of current Senators for SG in the Praesidium GuildPortal site forums under the appropriate section. Update as required. Quickly inform us when a Senator's status changes, so that rights and privileges can be adjusted in the Praesidium global channel and the GuildPortal website.
  • Regularly inviting SG members to Praesidium channel. Ensure everyone knows about it and adds it to a chat tab. No one else will do it for your supergroup. This is one of of our only methods of communicating with each other.
  • Inviting SG members to Praesidium website. Stress importance of this site's calendar being where all events are coordinated. Create alliance through GuildPortal if possible. Place link on own SG website if this is more convenient.
  • Notifying the Praesidium Consulate of any major changes in your SG, if there is potential impact on coalition. Ask for assistance when required (in private to Consul, if preferred)
  • Pay attention to the Praesidium channel Message of the Day for current topics such as ongoing polls.
  • As much as possible, attend Senate meetings and candidate SG Q&A sessions. (75% attendance expected)
  • Act is liaison between your SG and the Praesidium, reporting news, issues, anything of interest back to your SG members. These could be submitted as News items directly.


Optional Duties:

  • Adding this website's URL to your City of Heroes Official Boards signature: http://praesidium.servegame.com. (mandatory for Consuls)
  • Request a free Teamspeak channel for your SG (If needed. Can be made private through a password).
  • Proposing events for the Praesidium coalition or even an entire server.
  • Signing up for newsletter so that information can be sent out to member SGs and others. This is strongly recommended. (mandatory for Consuls).
  • Participating on a higher level on the website (adding content such as guides, news - or contributing to the site design and functionality). Contact one of the Consuls to propose your services and talents.
