Q: How do I get the word out about our new site?

In your Control Panel, click Site Members, and then click "Send Invitations" (on the left side).  This gives you the opportunity to enter as many e-mail addresses you'd like and then send out an invitation to them all at once. 

The e-mail that is sent out has instructions on getting to the site and signing up. 

Note that you will not receive replies to these messages, as they are sent out from a generic GuildPortal address in order to protect your privacy.
