Q: How do I remove a character's name from the roster (not the site)

Go to the roster page of your site. Click on “Edit” in the Roster section. A new window opens here you will see a list of everyone on your roster clicking on “Block” will block them from showing. If you want them back on the list then click on “Remove” from the Blocked Characters side.
