Q: How do people sign up to join my site?

If someone goes to your site who is not already a member, there is a link displayed at the top of the page that says "Join [guild name here]."  When they click on the link, they're offered the opportunity to create their account, and then answer any questions you've set up in the Application Questions section of your Control Panel (under Site Members).  Once they've filled out your application, or if there is no application, they are added to your members listing as a "Public" member, awaiting approval.  You can then approve their request to join your site in Member Admin.  If you have opted to let the service send you e-mail, you will receive e-mail notification whenever someone requests to join your site.
