Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible, and we will route it to the appropriate person. The first to see your ticket will usually be Sandy, and if it requires a software change, it will be forwarded to Aaron.
Support tickets are reviewed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). If you are reporting a problem, your ticket will be forwarded to development and we will fix the problem. It is possible you will be contacted only if we need more detail.
